                                       Information about Hinges

  Aim:-To study different types of hinges.

   Requiremeants:-Different types of hinges as shown in figure                                       (Takkari hinges,plate hinge,T-hinge,parliament                                  hinges.

   Process:-Decide on the of hinges and sizes                             depending on the sizeof door and window.Fit hinges                          according to opening of 

                  the doors.Mark the holes by drilling with out making                        hinges.

   Precautions:-Do not drill hole of size bigger than the screw size.                            Do not over tightly screw .Do not hammer the                                  screw .Do not keep the screw head open from                                    outside for the security reasons.

   Conclusion:-The size of the hole to be drill should be small then                             the screw is tightly fitted.

When we are construct, We want to do one important thing is arrangement of Brick.

Stretcher Bond :- In this bond we can see the width and height.

Header Bond      :- In this bond we can see the length and height.

English Bond   :- In this bond we can see the stretcher in second step and hider is we take in constructing.

Flemish Bond  :- In this bond we take stretcher bond and after hider bond and we taken this two bond the construction is very strong.

Rat trap Bond :- In this bond between three bricks the gap is came the rat live

in this and playing because use after called by rat trap bond

Aim:- How to soldering 

Requirements:-Blow lamp, pilier, soldering iron, hydrochloric acid, soldering rod, (lead,zinc,tin) tin sheet plate for making tin can copper cube glass flux.

Procedure:-1) Take one glass and added hydrochloric acid.
                   2) Copper cubes is placed in the flame of blow lamp for heating.
                 3)Apply flux on the area to be soldered.
                 4) solder metal is kept on the area to be soldered. It is heated using red hot copper cube. solder metal. It solidifies to make perfect soldered joint

Observation:-1)Why flux is used for soldering.
                      2) Why acid is used to make flux

Conclusion:-1)A metal whose melting point is below the melting point of a job is used to join the job.
                    2) Soldering is used to solder job for less thikness
                    3) It can be done with less heat
                    4) Easy to do procedure.

               Take a wood piece.

            Measure it then cut it.

1. Discripton :.
 Now-a-days there are more fields in India. All people Can't use fuel for tractor and do seed sowing. Now-a-days is not possible for peoples To do seed sowing by hand, So we made seed sowing machine by our Scrap Material


2. Project Name :- Seed Sowing Machine

3. Aim:- I had made this seed sowing machine to help poor people because they can't use fuel and Now-a-days they can't do seed sawing by hand because it is not possible and it is difficult.

4. Tools and Equipment :- , Welding Rod, Welding Machine, Plyer, 25*3 M.S Plates, Tin sheet, Firwheel, Rubber, Nut Bolts, Scrap Material, Square Bar Tube, Spot Welding Machine, Screw Driver, Files, Oil, Greese....Etc Hammer

 5.Pre-Planning:-  First we had taken information about our project by People after that I had search more information and there project pics on internet after that I decided to do this project and after that taking more information and thinking on that project . First of all I sketched a seed sowing machine with help of pics and after that slowly slowly I founded my project material in scrap and step by step I started to do my project.

On this day, September 10, 2017, we made the frame from tube or square box made of 22 September .The day after work was completed a few projects, but it does not burn sakasesa age.

Sandharba: -

The mandhuna understood .This khupakahi boils down to the way the pratyana and learn and hituna, I can not say anything welding .This experience was sowing machines and can make some of the same nisate.
